Dr Crea’s work history and experience

Dr Crea has worked in a variety of settings providing psychological, research, leadership, and consulting services for more than a decade. She has held registration in the profession since 2011. Her work history has included senior and leadership positions at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne, as well as positions at the peak psychology professional association – the Australian Psychological Society, in private practice with Dr Janine Manjiviona and Associates, in early intervention, and consulting to private businesses.

 

Dr Crea holds endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia and is a board approved supervisor for psychologists seeking specialist clinical endorsement. Dr Crea is a full member of the Australian Psychological Society, a Fellow of the Australian Psychological Society College of Clinical Psychologists, and is a registered provider of Medicare specialist clinical psychology services.

 

Dr Crea’s professional qualifications include a Doctor of Clinical Psychology from La Trobe University where she received a scholarship from the university to complete her training. Dr Crea completed her doctoral research on the wellbeing of younger siblings and parents of autistic children at the Olga Tennison Autism Research Centre under the supervision of Associate Professor Kristelle Hudry and Professor Cheryl Dissanayake.
